The purpose of User Experience design is to provide consumers a product that is easy to use and has gone through a design strategy that addresses pain points. UX/UI is designed to offer a more enjoyable experience for users by integrating empathy and innovation. UX research helps to provides your company insight on similarities between your target audiences and consumers, this also uncovers problems that consumers have faced or will face, when using your product. 

Your company values can be illustrated to your consumers in multiple interactive ways, through assessing your target demographics, returning customers and your company's vision.
